CANDIDATE REGISTRATION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1). All Candidates should register with JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), in order to consider for any vacancy. The Registration fee is Rs 500 for 1 Year validity (Amount once paid, will note be refunded). After the validity period, the Registration can be renewed. Once the candidate is registered with us, he/she hereby allows us to share their contact details and resume with the employers in case of suitable job vacancies.
(2). JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), does not guarantee to arrange interview/providing a job within a specific time. Also we cannot arrange any interview for govt. job
(3). If any candidate is selected through our references or recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse us a copy of the appointment letter immediately for our record.
(4). In case of selection of the candidates, our Recruitment Service Charges shall be 30% of one month gross monthly salary offered to the candidate. It is not refundable in any circumstances. The amount will be deducted from their first month salary by the employer and they will make payment to us. Otherwise the candidate has to make the payment, as the case may be. * For e.g. If the salary offered is Rs.10000, our service charge will be 30% of 10000. i.e. Rs.3000. o If you get a stipend in the first month after entering the job,you will have to pay Rs.2000 to the office.The balance amount is to be remitted after 3 months from the date of receipt of salary.Otherwise, new job vacancies will not be considered for you.o The candidate will be liable to release our service charges either in cash or cheque (drawn in the name of “JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz),”) within 7 days of completion of one month service with the company or within 2 days of receiving his/her first month salary, whichever is earlier. If the candidate didn’t pay our service charge within the specified period then BusinezzPartnerz is free to pursue legal court proceedings against the candidate for the breach of contract.
(5). Even if the candidate resigned from job before completing one month of service, he/she is liable to pay the service charge. Otherwise he/she will not be considered for new job vacancies.
(6).Even after getting a job through JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), a candidate can attend further interviews. For such extended services, he/she has to pay an advance of Rs.2000/- and It is refundable if he/she is not selected for the new job. Or It will be adjusted against the dues, if any, from the candidate.
(7). Candidate shall not be considered for any vacancy in future if the candidate did not attend the interviews arranged by JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), twice, without prior notice.
(8). If JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), arranges any interview, then selected candidate will be liable to pay the said service charges if he/she joins the same job within three months.
(9). If a candidate is selected for a job through JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), he/she will solely be the employee of the concerned organization and JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), will not be responsible for any legal issues/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the Employer.
(10).JOBSZIYA (BusinezzPartnerz), will not be liable for any loss to you or any loss caused by you when you enter into employment (cash, bank documents or bond agreement) with the interviews we conduct.
(11).We only announce job vacancies through WhatsApp. For those who want to know the interview place and time, please contact us along with registration number and job code.
(12). Once the interview details (company name and phone number) have been notified, we will record that you have participated in that interview.
(13). Job interviews are based on information when you provide (job category, education) at the time of registration
(14).We shall keep and process your data in a secure manner. You are hereby giving your consent to use your profile details and image to share with employers to get interviews, and after successful placement, for marketing and promotion purposes.
(15). All disputes are subject to Kannur judicial jurisdiction
